Yep, but don't worry. This was an easy feature to add, and I think it is very useful. I wrote the code yesterday, will commit to SVN later today.
An important aspect of doing this was determining when a connected has logged in fully. Each daemon has a different way of indicating this state. Gave me some good ideas for how to make it better in 2.3 development.
