Huh? You can easily setup multiple Dbmail frontends on multiple machines, using
a load-balancer to spread the load.

In postfix for instance you can define a transport map that will redirect
different users/domains to different lmtp servers.

And for pop3/imap you can always use perdition to spread user connects.

No need for headaches, right?
