I knew about the frontends, that's easy. And postfix transport maps are 
also simple. Now splitting IMAP/POP connects using perdition or nginx 
was something I didn't know. I'll have to look at that, now it sounds 
simple to load-balance every piece of server to even handle 50.000 
e-mails/s. Or do I miss the small piece that causes a speed limit?
