When I call this url I receive stack trace from the server
http://spotlight.dbpedia.org/rest/annotate/?spotter=LingPipeSpotter&disambiguator=Document&confidence=0.0&support=0&policy=whitelist&text=REPUBLICA%20DOMINICANA
but it is fine with others like this one:
http://spotlight.dbpedia.org/rest/annotate/?spotter=LingPipeSpotter&disambiguator=Document&confidence=0.0&support=0&text=republica%20dominicana
I realized that it is matter of disambiguator=Document param. Anyway should
it fail or just return an empty result?
