Hi Michael,

If SPARQL client do not specify 'timeout' parameter, then no "Anytime  
Queries" will be in effect. If there is noticeable difference between  
3.2  and 3.3 SPARQL endpoints results it is not "Anytime Queries"  
unless 'timeout' option is used, imho it is something to be debugged.
