Osm is changing the license to one that is not compatible in any way
with wikipedia.

I would create the rdf data, that is not a problem. I could create my
own transformation or reuse the linkedgeodata code, I have been
studying rdf and semweb for 10 years now. It is just that I have not
had or seen any good hosting of rdf that was publically usable before.
