TheDataHub.org was formerly known as CKAN.net, initially named after the
software package that powers it (CKAN) and is mostly a catalog of dataset
metadata, but they also offer data hosting. See:

They are supporters of the LOD community, so it could be an option.
I also think it would be worth pinging the LinkedGeoData folks before
deciding on anything.
