Here you go: http://dbpedia.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/dbpedia/extraction_framework/file/dump/scripts/src/main/scala/org/dbpedia/extraction/scripts/CreateFreebaseLinks.scala The script currently only looks for wikipedia/en links, but it's trivial to change that to another language (and very simple to add a parameter for the language). The script needs the DBpedia datasets Labels, Redirects and DisambiguationLinks.
