Hi Alexandru,
The server cannot be restarted, after many failed attempts, I noticed that
the wiki update probably broke the ontology download api.
You have more experience in the api breaking changes, can you help me fix
this? running the following shows the problem.
core $ ../run download-ontology
the responsible classes are WikiDownloader & OntologyDownloader in core
