you fixed some of the issues but new came up :(
looks like the mappings downloader has problems as well... try the scripts
below to see at the errors
core $ ../run download-ontology
core $ ../run download-mappings
server $ ../run server
ps1 Kudos for upgrading the wiki (I never got to thank you in public)
