I found a more positive review of the festivities: Boreal Ridge Ski Resort, Donner Summit, CA (8/24/85) This was known as the "highest Dead show ever" at 7000'. We got up real early that morning and drove up there with Eric & Vicky. I remember Eric was real disappointed about a skimpy 3 egg omelette that we got for breakfast in Sacramento. The hills were alive with DeadHeads as we had to park quite a ways away, and took a shuttle to the show. The atmosphere was festive and the weather was sunny. Afterwards, it was a long drive back home. ------------------------ Are there any photos in existance of this show?
