Hello!

I forgot to say that that problem is in debian without any desktop
environment or window manager. Just terminal.
In that step where you select apps i selected just 11 (ssh) and 12 (system
standart utilities).

I was tested and that's what i know and see:
1: I installed with debian desktop, (number 1 in that step where you select
apps) the language, location and keyboard layout in romanian. The voice
read numbers and symbols in romanian;
2: I reinstalled without anydesktop environment, just terminal and with
language romanian, location Romania, but keyboard EN-US. Voice didnt read
numbers and symbols in romanian just letters it was pronouncing in romanian;
3: I reinstalled again, but this time I selected keyboard layout in
romanian language. The result didn't change. Keyboard layout is also
in English. It is reading just letters in romanian, but numbers and
symbols in English. That is strange, because in /etc/default/keyboard the
layout is: "ro".

I tried to install console-data and to execute loadkeys ro, but also
without result.

Very strange also is that when it is reading that numbers symbols from the
screen. For example, any messages in romanian, but from imput or when i
read with arrows is in English.
I see that in /sys/accessibility/speakup and in keymap, numbers is in
simple text. For example, 1 "one", - "dash".
When i change 1 from "one" to "unu", it is reading correctly.

And one more thing, when i read a message from screen. Example, cat
/some/thing, when i press speakup U to read a line it is reading numbers
correctly, but in the same message i read with speakup m to read per
characters, the same number it read in English.
