This driver is included in nic-modules udeb for armhf which is also
present in the netinst ISO image.
Is this the system installed with the hd-media SD card image ?
If yes, can you post the compressed /var/log/installer/syslog ?
Else, can you relaunch the installer up to network detection, launch an
installer shell, check if the fec module is loaded and try to load it if
it is not ?
