Package: boot-floppy

There appears to be no way to install the testing release from
boot floppies. There are no disk image subdirectories in the
/debian/dists/testing/main directory, and the boot floppies for stable
don't give any choice about which release to install.

If there's actually a good technical reason for this limitation then
it would be helpful for the install program or the installation manual
(or both) to explain this. I know the workaround is easy; having the
problem pointed out would avoid fruitless searching for the missing
configuration option.

Testing is not for beeing installed with boot-floppies. Use basedebs.tar from
Woody to do so.
