The Text "Choose language" stays english, even after I changed the language
to german.
Once I changed to german, I see weird characters in the keyboard-chooser.
For example, instead of
"Franzosisch"
^
rally an o-umlaut (�)
I see
"FranzAXsich"
^^
|some weird character like Word-for-Dos once used as
|paragraph marker, basically a vertically mirrored P
|
an "A" with a tilde "~" on top of it.
