As described on the d-i error page I also needed the "debian-installer/framebuffer=false" option. Now I got a new problem, the module sr_mod.o could not be loaded, my ultra 1 uses the 2.4.24-sparc64 kernel. I will try the daily builds, maybe it is fixed there.
