Package: install Severity: important Tags: experimental a wireless USB mouse is not working in KDE. There are two mouse driver modules loaded by default: hid and usbmouse. The usbmouse module has to be manually removed (modprobe -r usbmouse) for the mouse to work.
I solved this on my system by adding usbmouse to /etc/hotplug/blacklist -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (500, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.5-1-686-smp Locale: [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
