severity 253036 normal reassign 253036 hotplug thanks Quoting patrick ([EMAIL PROTECTED]): > Package: install > Severity: important > Tags: experimental > > a wireless USB mouse is not working in KDE. > There are two mouse driver modules loaded by default: > hid and usbmouse. > The usbmouse module has to be manually removed > (modprobe -r usbmouse) > for the mouse to work. > > I solved this on my system by adding usbmouse to > /etc/hotplug/blacklist
Hmmm. At first impression, this seems to belong to hotplug rather than the Installer. Indeed, this definitely does not have anything to do with the Debian Installer.... I reassign this to hotplug as that one seems to be the one loading the "wrong" modules (though, the modules you mention seem rather logical to me....which would mean your problem is rather a wrong interaction between your hardware and the kernel modules). -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
