During the installation a log is created by the partitioning program. It is available on the ramdisk as /var/log/partman.
Could you please run the installation again up to the point where the partitioning program shows the incorrect partition summary of your drive and send /var/log/partman to [EMAIL PROTECTED] (You will have to somehow copy or save this file.)
