Attached you will find the file pt_BR.po. It is UTF-8
encoded and it is tested with msgfmt and
podebconf-display-po.

Hello,

your contribution to the ngircd package was added in 18-3, that
version was never uploaded, though. Today's upload of 19-1 did not
contain the changelog with the Closes: #nnnnnn entries, hence closing
manually.
