I am preparing an NMU to DELAYED/7 right now. You can find the changelog
entry below. A binNMU would not work because it would break
co-installability with a new changelog entry.

gpm (1.20.4-5.1) unstable; urgency=low
* Non-maintainer upload.
* No changes to source, just trigger a rebuild to take care of the
multi-arch install issue. (Closes: #664134)
After running into another instance of #647522 (gzip -9n is not
deterministic) long after gzip has been fixed, I suspect that 1.20.4-5
was built on a system that had a gzip << 1.4-5 installed. Local test
builds produce co-installable packages for i386, amd64.
