Bug#338771: vim's syntax coloring mode should consider new scilab extension

Vim does not know how to handle Scilab files that have the .sce  
extension. The command ":syntax on Scilab" works with a .sci file but  
not with a .sce file.
I think that a minor change in /usr/share/vim/vim63/syntax/scilab.vim  
should fix it.
