One question, why the dummy transitional packages and the
Breaks/Replaces?
The files installed don't seem to overlap at all between the "2.8" and
"3.0" packages, so it looks to me like they should be co-installable,
which would make transitioning a bit smoother. Currently installing
an application which depends on libwxsqlite3-3.0-0 will force
libwxsqlite3-2.8-0 and any applications depending on it to be
uninstalled.
