chrome-gnome-shell should probably turn into an empty package that
depends on gnome-browser-extension (once it's uploaded). It would be
good to get this done before bookworm freezes.

I'm willing to help, but I'm afraid I won't find enough time to do it
before the freeze since I'm a bit swamped at the moment and have no
experience packaging anything using meson…
