The essential information for *this* bug report is that binutils breaks a *bunch* of packages which build ok in forky but FTBFS in unstable because ld segfaults, and that information is already in the bug report. I provided a list of affected packages and (upon your request) an excerpt for one of them, plus one external reference in the upstream bugzilla. In this case, I believe that to be *more* than enough to consider the bug as RC, and I also believe that asking me for an excerpt for each of the affected packages is not reasonable, because there are too many of them and it would be a waste of bandwith.
