Hello Jonas,
I upgraded the Debian package for the "spdx" crate to 0.13.4 and it
looks like
the "wasm-tools" package needs updating to accept this new version of the
dependency.
I wanted to submit a PR to your Salsa repo for this but it seems that
this is
not possible.

Perhaps it would even be worth relaxing the dependency constraint to
something
like ">=0.10, <1"?
