Package: exmh Version: 2.7.2-7 In my .procmailrc I use rules that send mail to things like
|rcvstore +debian/kernel and that puts the message in the folder updates the unseen sequence for that folder. It used to be that exmh would notice this and the new messages would show up in blue and the folder name would turn blue. That is still the case for folders that are not currently selected, but it fails to see new mail in the folder selected. I usually have inbox selected and the new mail doesn't show up (pretty annoying). If I force a "rescan folder" then I see the messages but they aren't marked new. If I use the nmh command "flist" it lists new messages in the unseen seq as they come in, so I think this is an exmh bug rather than nmh. I have seen this bug on two separate machines with different $HOME directories and mail configs. I didn't do anything other than upgrade exmh from unstable to make it happen (didn't change preferences or anything else). I don't remember when the bug first showed up, but it's been a while (6+ months?). I can maybe try some older versions if you need additional data. Let me know if you need any additional info or want me to test anything. Thanks, -- Matt Taggart [EMAIL PROTECTED] -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
