I'll give a longer answer:
If apt-listbugs gives the output, even when it says it's "Fixed", it's
a bug that's applicable to the version you're installing. It might
have been reopened at some time, or the version that it was Fixed may
be in some time future.
The intent of apt-listbugs is that it won't show you any bugs that are
not relevant to you.
