Please include attached translation fi.po to the package.
Below are some points how debconf templates could be futher improved. I
didn't provide patch for correcting these, because some of them require
structural changes to debconf templates, which should be added to the
program (and I didn't feel sure enough to start hacking it).

The question asked doesn't relate very well to the description. What if
user would like to access remote databases, but doesn't want to answer
questions?

The "or not at all" is rather misleading, because if user doesn't want to
change the configuration, he shouldn't add the line. :-) I would say it
could be safely removed, because it is clear how user should answer the
question anyway, if he doesn't want to change his configuration.
