I probably forgot to set the encoding to UTF-8 when sending, sorry. I
checked on a differen architecture (built by autobuilders, not the one
I uploaded) and in the generated man page all umlauts where fine (I
used env LC_ALL=sv_SE.UTF-8 man asclock). Do you have access to an
i386 or amd64 sid environment, e.g. a chroot?

For the one sentence you added as contact details in the section
UPPHOVSRÄTT.

Well, I'm not sure. If the formatting is not right, we'll have to fix
it.

Your file had dos endings, which I recoded to unix one.
I added the version I used, converted to use dos line endings, to this
e-mail. To protect the encoding, I ran it through bzip2. If something
is wrong, I can of course do another upload using a corrected file,
sorry if I messed up something in this case, I only changed a few
build errors (and removed one \n).
