Okay, you've found a problem with cdebootstrap
from sid for sparc. Congratulations.
It's failing to configure apt; it could be cdebootstrap
problem, or apt problem.

I'm reassigning this report to cdebootstrap.
Make sure you've read the FAQ entries on pbuilder,
and please do make sure you've not mounted /var
noexec etc.
