Thanks, fix worked for me. Just wanted to point out that you've missed a 
comma here:

         TEXMFLOCAL .. '/texdoc/texdoc.cnf',
-        TEXMFMAIN  .. '/texdoc/texdoc.cnf'
+        TEXMFMAIN  .. '/texdoc/texdoc.cnf',
         TEXMFDIST  .. '/texdoc/texdoc.cnf'
