呵呵，那这就就叫活该了，人家从始至终就是收钱的玩意儿，在国外，老百姓都
是乖乖交钱，只有中国没有健全的法律机制，其实主要是没有健全的版权意 识，
这个是历史原因，也不能怪微软现在收网，应该说是我们自己愿意往里头钻，毕竟
好用又“免费”，谁愿意去折腾Linux呢？
如果一开始就尽量制止了盗版，那么我觉得linux在国内肯定比现在发展的好。在
国外很多都是很小文字的条款，但是人家法律意识比较强，愿意去细 细读条款，
我们中国人浮躁，又没有法律意识，不愿意去读条款，中了着，那也只能怪自己。

这 个道理我明白，我只是比较讨厌 这种行
为。就像以前闹的不行的 uchome、
ecshop、 还有一些cms系统等等这些， 把

再向你收费，不给钱 就告你，尤其是
echshop，写着免费使 用，代码开源。。。
但是在使用 协议的一个小地方，用很小的
字 写上，商业运营要收费。然后不 是正大
光明的管你要钱，而是等 你已经运营起
来，弄个电话或者 QQ直接联系你本人，说
你非法 使用他们的软件，需要收各种 费，
连还价的余地都没有，人家 要多少，你就
必须给多少，要么 直接法院见。
