Note that there is a difference, of course, between GR and FD, in the
voting system. If the vote on option X vs GR is 4:4, Bdale might be
able to use his casting vote in favour of X. If the vote on option X
vs FD is 4:4, the option is eliminated and cannot win.
Personally, for this reason, I am not going to rank any options
between GR and FD.
