Note that I don't think it makes sense for Steve to work on such a package
right now for exactly the same reason that I don't think it makes sense to
start adding virtual packages right now, or figuring out the dependency
structure in GNOME for non-systemd logind right now.  Personally, I
wouldn't want to work on any of those things until some of the currently
extremely large probability space collapses.
