Should the uim maintainer have to add versioned build-depends because
gnome-vfs2 had to drop howl support?  Without good tracking tools,
that's tough.  Something like the "urgency: flush" mechanism would be
better.

i386 doesn't get hit by it often because most people upload i386
binaries and the wanna-build queue is almost always empty.  Race
conditions are exposed by parallel architectures.
