Does that matter?

What's the chance of someone owning a domain with the intended use of
sending out Islamic preaches in eight different languages would be
interested in subscribing to -devel with an email address in that
domain?

For that matter, what's the chance of someone owning such a domain would
be interested in any Debian mailinglist _at all_?

If someone does indeed want to do this, they can always mail postmaster
with the request to please lift that ban for one particular email
address, so that they can subscribe. Otherwise, I don't see why we
should continue to allow that stuff on this mailinglist.
