I'd like to note that while I haven't done anything in the MIA team awaiting bootstrapping instructions, I am member of the team since a short while and I'm witnessing activity on a near daily basis. So I think it's unfair to say they don't exist / don't function at all. The backlog may be big (I still need to find out how to check that), but WIP.
