Please not - I find that the Salsa i386 CI job catches 32-bit issues in
a cost-effective way, and in my experience ~95% of packages the i386
build "just works" and provides a good regression check for many issues
on armhf too.

It would be nice if Salsa would automatically disable the i386 job if
debian/control said 'architecture-is-64bit' though.

I share the frustration with supporting 32-bit archs though, but it
hasn't a lot to do with the Salsa i386 job.
