I don't think that we want all our teams to inform the project about
everything they do. It'd be just one more medium that people won't
read.
If it affects uploading developers, then very much I expect
information from all our teams. For some of them I know which IRC
channels to check, but this is already suboptimal.
As discussed upthread, it seems it would have been a good idea to
have a *discussion* first. Then we also don't need an announcement.
But silence is not the right way here.
For upcoming and done changes we have d-d-announced, which seems
extremely underused these days.
