Oops, is it? I did. It is last in make so nothing affected. I have non-xml/html files in "quick-reference" contents. "install" cares nothing about file types, I think. I will replace with more reasonable index.html soon. Currently, just symlink to TOC. If this has negative impact, I will kill this tree soon.
