Franck mentione dthat the translation should be sent to him. He's maybe (even probably) not subscribed to debian-i18n so you'd better send the file to him in private. Franck, I generally recommend sending l10n updates as bug reports more than directly to the maintainer so that they're tracked properly. This is also a good way to teach Debian translators about the right way to report bugs....
