ext3 è solida roccia. se tieni ai tuoi dati, ti consiglierei quello.
Altrimenti, opterei per xfs che è robusto e ha ottime performance e
ottima scalabilità. Anche JFS non sembra male, ma è un po' immaturo.
L'ultima cosa che farei è usare reiserfs... :)
