A couple of days ago I updated a machine running a pretty stock woody to pick up security updates DSA-361 through 366. The update to kdelibs seems to have caused some breakage. Font anti-aliasing stopped working and Konqueror could no longer display https:// URL's. I fell back to the ".woody.5" version from the archives, but that is missing a couple of security updates that are arguably more serious than DSA-361.
Has anyone else had this problem, or is it just me? I see a couple of bug reports but not much mention of this on the mailing lists. The bug reports I saw were for Intel and I'm on a Sparc so whatever the problem is it doesn't seem to be arch-specific. -- -| Bob Hauck -| To Whom You Are Speaking -| http://www.haucks.org/
