I also have font problems since last security upgrade. This is on an i386 (AMD) system running stock Woody kde version, but with XFree86 4.2.1 from http://www.fs.tum.de/~bunk/packages. I haven't had time to investigate the problem further, but at least i know for sure that the problem appeared after the upgrade. Tomas
