Yes, he knows about this. He was not amused, but the fact that the
frontend to M3 was XFree-style licensed probably helped a little bit.I don't remember anything about this case; perhaps I did look at the facts and decide that the GPL was not violated, but I don't remember what those facts were. I don't know what "M3" is.
