Hello, If I download software from sourceforge, and it says on the sourceforge website that it is GPLed, but the downloaded sourecode doesn't contain any copyright notice or any license, can I include the software in Debian main?
Or do I need to ask the upstream authors to please add the copyright/license files to their prestine source code first? Please CC replies to me. Thanks.
