If you can't give someone the source, you're in in violation. Normally that doesn't matter so much because there are no guarantees on time - it doesn't say 'in five minutes'. The test in court would be whether you produced the source in a 'reasonable' amount of time. AGPLv3 may or may not be free, but as the discussion goes on I am finding the arguments against it less credible as they seem to be invoking 'problems' that are not really problems. -- And that's my crabbing done for the day.
