Howdy legal folks,

I'd like to get someone to review the 'LICENSE.md' and 'License exceptions.md' 
files linked below, to see what can be done to package the proprietary game 
'VVVVVV'.

I contacted the author to see if they would be open to changing the license to 
something like CC-BY-SA. They said the best they could do at this time is to 
add Debian to the list of exceptions granted by the file linked below.

Lee Garrett responded to my email to the Games team with some concerns. I'd 
just like to see if these are indeed a show-stopper.
