How do folks feel about a new lintian release? Since the previous
release, 26 bugs have been fixed and there are 116 lines of changelog.
I'd particularly like to get the new X11R7 tests just added today out
there, since they should help with the transition (and there was one test
that was wrong for the transition; xfonts-utils is not an xfonts package
and does have to be depended upon).

This release will catch a lot of problems that previously weren't caught,
particularly missing debian/rules targets (binary-indep and binary-arch
are very frequently missing from packages that only have one type of
binary package or the other) and debhelper listed in Build-Depends-Indep
(probably due to the previous lintian check) when it should be in
Build-Depends. Both of those are errors and policy violations, but I
expect at least a few complaints since they don't obviously break things.

It will be nice to get the CDPATH fix out there, as that's bitten a few
people.

Anyway, please raise objections if you don't think we're ready for another
release, and otherwise please test what's currently in Subversion and make
sure it looks good.
